The Off Center Festival at the Segerstrom Center for the Arts continued over the weekend of February 1st with the Food Trucks on the plaza and Culture Clash, Gilbert Castellanos and the New Latin Jazz Quintet, and Rinde Eckert performing in the small theater spaces around the "Center".
