LIFESTYLE PORTRAITURE

 

Since 1981, over 2,500 people have shared in the delight of an original lifestyle portrait by Doug Gifford Photography. Doug combines your desires, feelings, and lifestyle to create a lasting piece of art-portraiture at your home, the beach, on your boat, in the park or any other favorite location.

Because being in front of the camera is not something most people are comfortable with, it is important to have your portrait created by a very experienced and well-trained professional portrait photographer, like Doug, who you can immediately put you at ease.  His professionalism and people skills will guide you through the process to create the images you envision in a style that is all you.

To enable us to create the images you desire, we require a pre-session consultation on the phone or Zoom call.  At that time, we will discuss your ideas, clothing, make-up, color harmony, location, props, framing possibilities and where your finished portrait will be displayed.  For wall portraiture, we are available for consultation in your home or office to discuss the proper size and framing materials to be used to match the room in which the portrait will be displayed.

 

CREATION FEE

The creation fee covers the photographer's time and talent and producing the previews. It does not include any finished portraits or files.

The creation fee reserves the date for your session:

• Individual / Couples: $350
• Families: $450

                                                                    

PREVIEWS

Previews can be viewed on-line by going to the Client Access tab at www.douggiffordphoto.com. Enter the password we will provide.  You will be able to review and order your prints and files.  The finished prints are then delivered directly to you.

If you want to order any of the large Wall Décor prints, please call or email Doug with your preferred selections.  He will make sure they are sized correctly for the print sizes you desire.  He will place the order for you and have them sent to you directly.

PORTRAIT STYLES

All prints are retouched and can come in color or black & white.

 

CANVAS

For the discriminating client.  Your exquisite portrait is permanently embedded on an artist's canvas and bonded to a Masonite board.  Upon request, brush strokes are applied to give the look of the "Old Masters." The portrait is then sealed with a lustre coating to further enhance and protect this timeless art image.

FINE LINEN

This handcrafted, retouched print with a Fine Linen texture is bonded to an artist's board and then a lustre coating is added to accentuate the brilliance and depth of color in this fine portrait.

CUSTOM

Intended as an affordable gift, the Custom print is delivered without additional finishes and mounting.
